PENSION SCHEMES
 

A.) CENTRALLY SPONSORED SCHEME:

 

 

National Social Assistance Programme (NSAP):-

There are four components under the NSAP

 

1. Indira Gandhi National Old Age Pension Scheme (IGNOAPS)
2. Indira Gandhi National Widow Pension Scheme (IGNWPS)
3. Indira Gandhi National Disability Pension Scheme (IGNDPS)
4. National Family Benefit Scheme (NFBS)
 
 

 

B.) STATE SPONSORED SCHEME:

 

 

Integrated Social Security Schemes (ISSS):-

  It is a State run scheme funded on State Plan/Non-Plan on 50:50 basis. The

 objective of the scheme is to enhance social security of the downtrodden

 sections of the society. The scheme has Four components viz.

 

 

 1. Old Age Pension (OAP)

 

 

2.Widows/Women in Distress (WID)

 

 

3. Pension for Physically Challenged Persons (PCP)

 

 

4. Pension for Transgender Community (TG)

 

 

C.) CONTRIBUTARY SCHEME (State Sponsored )

 

 

1. Contributory Social Security Scheme (CSSS)

 

2. Aam Aadmi Bima Yojana Scheme (AABYS)

1. Post-matric Scholarship for Physically Challenged, SC & OBC Students

 

 
 

DISTRICT LEVEL SCHOLARSHIP SCHEMES:

 

 

1. Pre-matric Scholarship for Physically Challenged and Other Backward

 Classes Students (OBC)

 

2. Stipend to ITI Trainees from OBC Background

 

3. Pre-matric Scholarship for Children of those Engaged in Unclean

 Occupation
